- Your AC unit was first installed between 12-24 months ago

- Your most recent service was basic OR
- Your most recent service was carried out more than 24 months ago

Our AC Servicing Includes:
- Condensation flow check & drain cleaning
- Internal and external fin cleaning & disinfecting
- Refrigerant level/pressure testing
- Airflow and setpoint temperature testing
- Electrical testing
- Filter cleaning

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Servicing is for working AC units only, it does not include repair of malfunctioning or non-functioning units.
The listed checks and tests will extend the life of the unit and ensure it's operating as efficiently as possible.
