Incredible speed of service and friendly support from these guys! I called them at midday on a Friday to ask if I could get a rushed last minute inspection done before we went conditional on a property. They went out of their way to make time for me. They also shared a lot of support and help over the phone free of charge. Highly recommend!
My Electric gate would not operate long with the intercom. The team came over in the morning and by lunchtime it was fixed. Could not have been any more pleased ...Team was professional, courteous, fast and all work completed at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an excellent experience with The Conduction Company. They relocated a switchboard from outside to inside, moving it downstairs to a more accessible location. The work was completed with an impressively quick turnaround, and when necessary, they efficiently pivoted without any issues, bringing in additional resources to ensure everything was finished on time.

We recently used Jordan from The Conduction Company for several electrical projects, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Jordan installed all the electrical work for our outdoor pergola, added outdoor power points for Christmas decorations, and installed lighting in our attic. Jordan is smart, sharp, highly knowledgeable, and takes real pride in his work. The quality of the installation was excellent, communication was clear, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. To top it all off, the pricing was very competitive and represented great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan and The Conduction Company to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

After months of battling with a faulty bathroom fan, we did not know who to call but thankfully, we came across the Conduction Company! The team were super friendly, helpful and had excellent communication. They were efficient and fixed our bathroom fan quickly for a great price. 10/10 would highly recommend for all of your electrical needs!
The conduction company has become our "got to" electricians for all of our properties. Super reliable, fixed price quotes that are very reasonable, and excellent delivery. Very practical and found a clever and simple solution to powering a heat pump when every other electrician thought it was too hard or wanted to completely rewire the house.
Jordan is an A++ electrician, initially I had him wire up a new large home compressor which had a 35A socket requirement, upon completion he also performed an electrical test on the compressor only to find it was not compliant for NZ standards, this was from a local well known NZ trade site too, he then rewired the compressor to make it compliant and aided communication to the business that sold it outlining the issues found, the item was effectively taken off the site that I purchased it from, next call, I then had an issue where my house master switch was tripping, upon a phone call instead of merely coming out he guided me through some minor electrical debugging which led to us finding my insinkerator filtration tap which also has a boiling water system was tripping the switch, since the item was under warranty they replaced free of charge and Jordans advice cost me nothing but his time and I am forever appreciative of this, we are looking at a new in built oven and cooktop replacement hopefully over the next 6 months and Jordan is the only person we will be contacting, you get what you pay for and fortunately for Jordan it is honest factual quotes and prices where you feel like you're paying for a valid service and not being extorted with $$ figures that cannot be explained, I completely advise to use this company, thanks - Simon J
Cannot recommend the Conduction Company enough. They were so easy to communicate with and responded immediately to all our queries. Quotes were clear and detailed and the reports we received following the work completed were very thorough. Very happy with the overall result after installing our Smart Vent system.
I’ve had the Smart Ventilator installed with TCCO, and I would recommend them. Communication was quick from the initial inquiry to scheduling and installation. Electricians were on time and professional, and installation was completed fairly quickly. I was worried about how dusty it’ll get but they did awesome job cleaning up after as well. After installation, condensations on my windows are gone (except after super cold nights). I am very happy with the product and installation.

I have been using the company for 2 years and I would not use anyone else. The explanation of what needs to be done, the costs are all what they say it is. The electricians phone from site of there is anything else they have found that needs attention. From the time the quotation goes out to the after service is absolutely amazing.

I was looking for new lights to be fitted in my kitchen, Jordan was super helpful once I had selected the fitting at finding best price, collecting the fitting and then Keagan fitting it. Highly recommend the team at The Conduction Company. Communication was excellent from initial contact, very quick to come and quote in person and didn’t cost the earth. We had lots of little jobs we needed done, new power points and lights in various places and also an outside power point for our gas unit. The guys that came were so accommodating and personable, nothing was an issue, they discussed things with me and thought outside the square when faced with old house issues. Worked hard, cleaned up nicely and we would happily use them again. Very satisfied customer.
We’re able to accomodate us at very short notice. The two technicians were a very efficient team, they fixed issues a previous electrician had left as well as the contracted job. The quality of finish and general attention to detail was outstanding. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Really appreciated the extra touches (the marketing materials, asking for our feedback, comms around electrician arrival time, slick quoting + invoicing) that set this company apart. It feels like they truly care about their customers and that it’s not simply a transaction. The electricians were friendly, on time and did a good job.
Recent work on replacing old unit fuse on the main building power board. This was completed quickly, restoring power for the tenant. Later replaced with a new switch set up. The new switch was worth it. Another overload later flipped the switch.. We were able to turn the switch back on instead of having to do another call out. Thank you again TCC Team Previous quote for work for block of units - Very professional and thorough quoting provided. I have used Jordan and the team few times. I found very professional in every step Price is reasonable. They may not have always given cheapest quote but I would prefer to go with honesty, quality of workmanship , reliability. Team are incredibly friendly. They are very clear pricing information for quotes, and have came out in unexpected emergency without price gouging(I suggest however ask if you aren't sure) Highly recommend. Very satisfied. Works in May 2022 June and July 2023 will definitely use their service again in future.
I had an urgent job to install Ethernet jacks in 3 rooms in a house I was moving into. The Conduction Company exceeded my expectations from fast install to repositioning the modem for maximum efficiency. Highly recommended a great business to deal with.
Jordan and team came to the rescue on a weekend when three connected units had lost power. Jordan was super helpful, polite and friendly. He kept us up to date about project cost, when the contractor was arriving, and when the work was complete. This team is the best I’ve ever experienced. Quality work both times they have been over for electrical work. Always on time with a phone call 15 mins before arrival. They’ve installed a full house alarm, security lights outside, extra power sockets, replaced old light fittings with safe industry standard LEDs and replaced bathroom fans and extractors. Every time I email for quotes and recommendations I have a fast response with information and prices I can trust. Photos and links to further information if need be. Fully recommend this team for any work you need done 10/10.
We had our kitchen renovated at our apartment. Jordan and team estimated 3 visits to finish but ended up with having to come 5 times because of dependencies on other people's jobs but they had no hesitation in doing it and did a brilliant job. The electrician was very professional and reliable. We installed timer for hot water cylinder. The price was reasonable with longer period of warranty while the other company only provided 1 year. Would recommend to everyone!

What was initially going to be a straightforward element replacement on the hot water cylinder turned into a more significant piece of work requiring electrician, plumber and a builder. I was grateful that Jordan and his team were able to co-ordinate all the pieces of the project for me. All were reliable, provided quality workmanship and were able to complete the work before they expected to.

I called The Conduction co. In to fix my signal issues for the TV’s in my home. This is 2nd attempt at this after having another useless crowd in before them that cost a lot of money and fixed nothing. From the moment Keagan arrived I felt confident that a thorough job was going to be done to sort the issue. He tested the aerial on the roof to under the house and everything in between. It was no surprise he located the problem and was able to repair it that day. Oh man after having to save again from the last crowd you cannot believe how thrilled we are to have this sorted. It also wasn’t anything particularly major. I was super impressed from the word go with the excellent communication both verbal and written and the thorough testing carried out to source the issue and then fixed. I highly recommend this company and I think their work ethic, service provided and competitive rates are to be commended. My dogs also loved the attention. Thanks so much team.

I just really want to call out what a great service we recently got from The Conduction Company. They always kept us informed sending reminders and confirming when Jordan would be onsite (which he was bang on time!). This job was for my elderly in laws who live next to us on the same property. For a faulty Heat Pump that had stopped working. Jordan took the time to explain everything and advise options which they really appreciated. The guys at The Conduction Company did a huge amount of work for us. They replaced our electrical switchboard which was very outdated. They put in multiple new outlets to accommodate lost outlets after a renovation project. They also replaced a stairwell pendant light for us. They arrived on time and a crew came and went throughout the day always leaving someone onsite working. They remained tidy, cleaning areas as they went. They came back the next morning to do one thing they didn’t get to before. They were quick and tidy. The quotation was detailed and easy to follow. Invoicing for the job was also clear. We paid a deposit up front because of the large amount of work they were committing to do. Communication throughout the job was very good. Great work all around, guys!
Excellent experience. Gave them a call based on feedback on google/Facebook to investigate our hot water not working. Very easy call, a quote was sent through immediately and accepted with a call time. Jordan texted me to say he could come earlier, which suited. He came on with his apprentice and they were very professional, courteous and ran some checks. They made a correction at the switchboard but talked me through what other causes could be but it looked to have worked. When they left, the fault reoccurred and after a text, Jordan came back straight after their next job and they reviewed the other causes and found the fault and immediately replaced it. Again, he very helpfully talked me through what happened, what they changed and what to look out for if it tripped again. Also gave me a good pointer on the hot water cylinder. Fault has been fixed and we had a very good experience with Jordan and his colleague. Excellent communication, courteous and friendly. Appreciated his work and would definitely use them again.

Such a helpful team! We had a hot water issue so we called Jordan at our friend’s recommendation. one of the team (forgot his name sorry) was here soon after and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes! Very impressed with the speed and service. Magnet is now on the fridge, will be using again soon
Jordan & team have just completed another job for us, replacing a kitchen extraction fan & venting through the wall. This property is a rental, work was undertaken as promised and on time. (Even though he had to wait on me to supply goods, that seemed to take forever to arrive into NZ). Wish all tradies could be as good as these guys. A pleasure to deal with!
I found these guys exceptionally easy to use, they were able to give me a ball park figure before coming out to quote. Understood the requirements, communicated well and priced fairly. Replaced lights with LEDs & bathroom extraction fan. Even better I didn't need to be onsite, the work was completed, and photos sent with the invoicing. No hesitation in recommending, and I'll be using them again soon.

We had the team from TCC renovate a section of our offices. Can’t recommend them highly enough, thoroughly professional and very knowledgeable. Updated our switchboard, relocated our data cabinet and installed all of the racking equipment + setup our wifi aps. Installed new lighting which looks great. They were even able to organise a builder and plumber to help with different sections. Thank you guys for making the process so easy, very impressed with the service.
Great work from this team. We needed all of the equipment in our large office test-tagged, Jordan managed to fit us in within a week and the staff that came were professional and proficient. They were even able to sort a couple of lighting issues we were having. Very impressed with the service, will be saving their details as our go-to electricians.

We hired TCC ltd to upgrade our lighting and power during renovations. Really nice team of tradesmen and very knowledgeable. During testing they found that our house had no earth connection, they stayed after hours to get this sorted for us (safety risk). Great service. highly recommend TCC ltd!

Jordan was contracted to replace the ceiling roses in our dining and living rooms with LED downlights. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. Jordan's attention to detail was meticulous, and he cleaned up thoroughly after himself. Was very happy with his work, and I will be using him again for additional work in the future.
The Conduction Company guys fixed our electrical issues at home and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. They replaced old rubber wirings to new wires. Also they installed a new bathroom exhaust fan, fixed a burning oven, and provided certification. They were very professional, explained things well (despite their busyness) and were very approachable. They are definitely good value and quality.
Jordan and team have done a few jobs for me now (installing heat pumps, installing a rangehood, lighting etc.), and I have been so impressed with each and every time, I've recommended him to others also. Jordan is reliable, gets back to me asap when I contact him, has good prices (and no hidden surprises!), is a clean and tidy worker(!) and is a friendly but professional guy. We couldn’t recommend Jordan and his team more. He did a large amount of re wiring, new lighting, electrical switches and inserted a new fuse box for us. His communication is second to none (will txt you back promptly any day of the week), always arrived on time and stayed late to finish the job, and his workmanship was excellent. We felt he was very trustworthy and pricing was reasonable for the quality of work we received.
The Conduction Company were engaged to undertake an inspection (ROI) of a new service main cable. As a professional electrical engineer I was impressed with the thorough and professional approach given to this inspection. Really impressed with the service. Estimate was back to us quickly - not the cheapest but not the most expensive!Jordan arrived on time.Took his shoes off and post job cleaned up the areas he worked in with his own vacuum cleaner (plaster dust/mess) and put back furniture that he had moved. Very polite. Certainly worked! Gave straightforward explanations as to why some of the work we wanted done (on the day) could not be done under his estimate and that if we wanted to proceed we would have to wait for "parts" and that he would have to come back. We went ahead anyway.The invoice was in line with work carried out against discussions/changes we made on the day so the original estimate was irrelevant. We are glad we proceeded with the extra work.We have recommended Jordan/the Conduction Company to two other personal friends who have since used and been impressed.
We had Ollie and Kegan install a hanging pendant light in our entry way. They were super professional and did a fantastic job. We had great communication with them, really easy to deal with, highly recommend.
