We collect personal information from you, including your name, physical address, contact information, site information including access details, and billing or purchase information.

We collect your personal information in order to facilitate scheduling and management of site assessments and visits, and to communicate with you about all aspects of your experience with us. This allows us to provide better services, maintain the quality of our services, and helps us improve and incorporate new services for the future.

We may also use your personal information to deliver additional services, such as direct communications, newsletters, events, or training. We may also use any information you have provided as reasonably necessary to provide client support to you.

Cookies and website tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. They record how people find our site and how they use it, so we can see what works, fix what does not, and measure our advertising.

These are the tools we run, and what each one does:

Google Analytics. Counts visits and pages viewed, and records how people arrived at the site.
Google Tag Manager. Loads the other tools listed here. It collects nothing itself.
Google Ads. Measures which of our ads lead to an enquiry, and allows us to show our ads to people who have already visited the site.
Google Maps. Shows a map of our Onehunga office on our contact page. Google sets cookies when the map loads.
Meta Pixel. Does the same for our Facebook and Instagram ads.
Microsoft Clarity. Records how our pages are used. See the section below.

Some of these tools are run by companies based overseas, so the information they collect is held outside New Zealand.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site will still work if you do.

Microsoft Clarity

The Conduction Company uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our pages. Clarity produces two things. Heatmaps show where visitors click and how far down a page they scroll. Session recordings show the path a visitor took through the site.

We use this to find the pages that confuse people, and to fix them.

We do not use Clarity to identify anyone, and we do not combine what it collects with your job or account records.

Microsoft sets out how it handles this information in the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and Clarity can be turned off in your browser settings along with our other cookies.

Your rights
