I have used the conduction company company for years. I find Jordon and his team to be super reliable and respectful and the work is always above standard, thanks team
We have used these guys a couple of times and have been very pleased each time. They did what was requested, but also left an immaculate job, with extra touches like labels on the switches for our outdoor lights. We will definitely be using Jordan and the team again!
What a great experience from start to finish. Jordan who came to quote was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us great ideas for what we could apply in our home. The quote was thorough and detailed, booking was easy, kept us updated the whole time.
Jordan came on the day of my house settlement as some of lighting wires were faulty (from a different electrician company). He was friendly, fast and efficient. Got the job done and was out of there. I would highly recommend Jordan and TCC.
Our hot water cylinder died, we searched google and The Conduction Company were highly reviewed. They got to site within the hour, knew exactly what the issue was, organised a plumber to assist, and we had hot water again by the evening.
Jordan was prompt to arrive & fixed many things for me that had gone haywire over L4 Lockdown - cooktop, expel-air, switches, lights, fusebox, even had a look at my dishwasher, etc. Professional, friendly & helpful - would highly recommend. Many thanks Jordan.
Attentive to our requirements. The team turned up on time and where in and out and completed the repair as requested. No hesitation in recommending The Conduction Company.
Top notch business. Service was A+++. Arrived on time. Technicians introduced themselves on arrival. Very polite. Extremely efficient. Quietly went about their work. Business booking system was great. Quick and well laid out. Payment system likewise, very smooth.
Needed a trustworthy electrician for my mother, TCC had lots of great reviews online so we called in and they made the process very easy. Mum loved the guys who showed up to do the job, the work done was great quality. Thanks again and you'll hear from us soon.
Excellent work done by the extremely responsive team. Max attended to the job at our house and was extremely good and professional. Great job.
We had Ollie and Kegan install a hanging pendant light in our entry way. They were super professional and did a fantastic job. We had great communication with this company, really easy to deal with, highly recommend.
We used TCC for the purchase and installation on 4 heat pumps in our home. I cannot praise this company enough. They completed the work in 1 day instead of the anticipated 2. They both worked through to 6pm, and also made sure there was no mess left behind.
100% Best Electricians in Auckland, Great Communication, Very impressed with the Service. Excellent advice on healthy home compliance. Impressed with work done, completed to a high standard. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend TCCO.
Jordan was very easy to communicate with, did a great job replacing some lights and installing a new bathroom extraction fan. No hesitation in recommending The Conduction Company. I'd happily get them back for any other work that needs doing.
What counts as an electrical emergency?
Electrical emergencies occur when there is a risk to people or property. Emergencies include: damage to cabling or electrical fittings resulting in exposed live conductors, electrical burning or smouldering caused by failed electrical equipment (call us immediately), damaged or pulled power lines, failed electrical protection and switchboard issues and - if you are medically dependant - a power outage that affects your property (that isn’t planned maintenance in your street or suburb). If you are at all concerned about the safety of your electrical installation, then make sure you immediately call the electrician Onehunga locals trust most. NOTE: If an electrical fire has started, get out of the building and call 111 immediately.
What to do in an electrical emergency?
AT ALL TIMES: If an electrical fire has started, get out of the building and call 111 for the fire service immediately. If you smell electrical burning, notice live parts, or notice damage to your electrical system, head to your main switchboard and switch off the ‘main switch’ or ‘main isolator’. This will kill power to everything downstream of the switchboard. Then, get in touch with us – we’ll be able to identify and rectify any electrical issue. If your overhead powerline has come down or you notice a problem with your external meterboard, stay away from the affected area and call Vector on 0508 VECTOR. Request the Vector emergency disconnect service. They will send a technician out quickly to disconnect power from the grid. If Vector finds that the issue is on your side of the boundary line, get in touch with us – we’ll be able to get your power back up and running quickly.
