Meet the Auckland Electricians at The Conduction Company

At The Conduction Company, the work you get is only ever as good as the person who turns up, so this page tells you exactly who that will be. Our registered electricians each carry an Electrical Workers Registration Board number, and it sits on their card below, so you can look any of them up on the public register before we start. Jordan, our director, is a registered Electrical Inspector as well, so the work gets checked by someone qualified to sign it off. We train our own too: the apprentices below learn on real jobs, supervised by the registered electricians they work beside.
Jordan Statham
Director & Electrical Inspector

Jordan started The Conduction Company in 2018 and still runs the sales side himself. He has been an electrician since 2014 and a registered Electrical Inspector since 2017, which is unusual that early in a career. He inspects and signs off the company's work, and he has supervised six apprentices here.
Keagan MacDonald
Service Manager & Registered Electrician

Keagan runs the jobs. He books the work in, orders the materials, and sorts out anything that goes sideways on site. He is also the most senior electrician on the tools, so on a tricky job he is often the one doing it. He has been with The Conduction Company since 2021.
Ruben Jatho
Estimator & Registered Electrician

Ruben prices the work. He is a registered electrician who also writes the quotes, so the person putting a number on your job has done the job himself.
Elliot Ching
Registered Electrician

Elliot is a registered electrician. He does installation, maintenance, and servicing work, and he certifies his own jobs.
Cooper CB
Electrical Apprentice
Cooper is an apprentice working towards his registration. He is on site with the registered team most days, and he runs plenty of the work himself. He has been with The Conduction Company since 2024.
Arthur Roberts
Electrical Apprentice
Arthur is our newest apprentice. He works alongside the registered electricians and inspectors on site, and he builds up work in the workshop.
Darlene McIntyre
Office Administrator
Darlene is the voice on the end of the phone. She books the jobs, confirms the times, and handles the invoicing. If you have rung The Conduction Company, you have probably spoken to her. She has been with the company since 2022.

Callum Statham
Trade Assistant
Callum works with the team on site as a trade assistant, doing the hands-on work that keeps a job moving.
