The Conduction Company Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

The Conduction Company guarantees its workmanship for the life of the installation. That means for as long as the work we did stays in place and nobody else has altered it.

If something fails because of the way we installed it, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.

What it covers. Our workmanship: how The Conduction Company installed, connected, and tested the work, including our subcontractors' work.

What it does not cover. The products themselves, which carry the manufacturer's warranty. Where a product we supplied fails within that warranty, we cover the labour to replace it. Nor does it cover products you supplied, damage from accidents, storms, surges, pests, or misuse, work altered or repaired by others, normal wear, or faults from missed servicing.

It stays with the property. If you sell, the next owner is covered.

How to claim. Call (09) 390 0525 or email office@tcco.co.nz as soon as you notice a problem. Let us inspect and fix it first.

Your legal rights. This guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It never replaces or reduces them.
