HOURS
Approx 20-25 hours per week
Monday to Friday
4-5hours each day
We need someone on-site from 10am to 2pm
Arrival and departure times outside of those hours are flexible
(ie: Turn up anytime before 10am, leave anytime after 2pm)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Must have customer service experience + be great with clients.
- We use multiple different softwares (SimPRO, Jotform, Xero, Microsoft Office etc) training will be provided, however applicants must be confident with computers, able to learn software quickly/intuitively.
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude.
- Must be self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Must be able to receive instruction and be part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients over the phone and email.

ABOUT US
We are an electrical services company, we have electricians and apprentices that complete jobs for clients all over Auckland
Our head office/workshop (where you’ll be based) is at 8A Rowe Street in Onehunga
We have a full time office admin who looks after all office tasks currently
We have a sales manager and service manager in the office as well.
We’ve been in business for 7 years, and we’ve developed robust systems and processes as we’ve grown. All tasks are well documented.
As a company we pride ourselves on excellent service and professionalism with client communications.
This is expected to be upheld by all staff.
Inter-office communication and work environment is relaxed and informal.

- Receiving and dispatching orders
- Stock tracking & inventory
- General cleaning and tidying of the office / workshop
OTHER PARTS
Outside of the core role, we could use a hand with a number of other tasks.
Examples:
- Calling clients to check feedback
- Responding to reviews
- Organising services / repairs for vehicles
- Potentially organising social media (if you have a background in marketing)
Essentially it will be general admin and PA type of work.
