Heat pumps, ventilation, CCTV and alarm in one home, Massey
The Conduction Company fitted two heat pumps, a SmartVent home ventilation system, CCTV, and a new alarm in one Massey home in July 2025. Four of its own team did the work over 5 site days.

The brief
A homeowner in Massey needed heating, ventilation, security cameras, and a new alarm in the same home. Each system needed its own wiring and its own install. The CCTV also grew partway through, from 4 cameras to 5, so The Conduction Company fitted a bigger recorder.
What we did
The Conduction Company installed two Fujitsu high-wall heat pumps: one rated 7.1 kW cooling and 8.0 kW heating, and one rated 2.0 kW cooling and 2.5 kW heating. The team also fitted a SmartVent Balance home ventilation system on one level, with 5 outlets and 2 extracts.
For security, The Conduction Company installed a Uniview CCTV system with 4 cameras and a recorder. It then upgraded the recorder from 4 to 8 channels and added a fifth camera, a 6 MP unit. The team replaced the alarm as well.
The rest was smaller work around the house, all done by The Conduction Company's own team: external dryer ducting, an in-line laundry extraction fan, a dedicated ethernet run from the fibre box to the router, and a front-door downlight on a sensor.
